Welcome to the SIROWA SACCO family!

As a community-focused financial organization, we are committed to providing our members with the tools and support they need to achieve their financial goals. Whether you are looking to save for the future, invest in your business, or simply manage your finances more effectively, we have you covered.

If you are interested in becoming a member of SIROWA SACCO, here is what you need to know:

Terms and Conditions of Membership

Joining Fee: To join SIROWA SACCO, you will need to invest in one share at a cost of KES 100. This investment will give you an ownership stake in the Sacco and allow you to participate in our various programs and services.

Registration Fee: A non-refundable fee of KES 1,200 is required to officially register as a member of SIROWA SACCO.

Minimum Share Capital: The minimum share capital required to become a member is KES 5,000. This investment will help us to grow and sustain our organization and provide the resources we need to support our members.

Savings Minimum: To participate in our savings program, you will need to deposit a minimum of KES 100. This will allow you to build your savings balance over time and take advantage of the various benefits that come with being a member.

Loan Interest Rates: Our loan program offers an interest rate of 12% p.a. This allows our members to access affordable credit to help them reach their financial goals.

Loan Multiple: Individuals may receive loans up to 7 times their savings balance, while groups, corporates, and families may receive loans up to 10 times their savings balance. This provides our members with the flexibility they need to invest in themselves and their businesses.

Guarantor Requirements: Guarantors must have savings equal to the loan amount or provide logbooks as collateral. This helps to ensure that our loans are issued responsibly and that our members are able to repay them as agreed.

Loan Issuance: Loans will be issued to members once they have fulfilled the registration fee, minimum share capital, savings minimum, and provided a satisfactory guarantee. This ensures that our members are fully prepared to take advantage of our loan program and that we are able to support them in the most effective way possible.

Acceptable Forms of ID: Acceptable forms of identification include national ID, passport, birth certificate/notification. This helps us to ensure that our members are who they say they are and that we are able to maintain accurate records of our membership.

We are committed to helping our members achieve their financial goals and we look forward to welcoming you as a valued member of the SIROWA SACCO family. If you have any questions or would like to learn more about our programs and services, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Best regards,

The SIROWA SACCO Team.
